As our client, you are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate and timely information

• Maintaining appropriate records to support your financial and tax obligations

• Reviewing and approving all lodgements and financial information

• Advising us of any changes that may impact your obligations

Our Obligations

As a registered BAS Agent, we are required to:

• Act honestly and with integrity

• Comply with taxation laws and professional standards

• Act in your best interests (subject to the law)

• Maintain confidentiality of your information

• Take reasonable care in providing our services

• We have not had any registration suspended or terminated by the TPB

• We have not been subject to any relevant disciplinary action
